Join Lyghtning Fit Run Club as we transform traditional running into games and drills that teach powerful life lessons. This program will run every Tuesday (and some Fridays) from March 18th - May 10th from 5:00pm-6:15pm. We will meet at the small shelter at Kiwanis Park. (This is the shelter near the stage and at the gravel parking lot). Kids get a workout AND build strength of character. Run Club teaches every child that they are able to compete and reach their goals. If your child is already an athlete, Run Club will help develop their mental endurance to transfer to other sports. If you child has not found their niche yet, Run Club is a safe place for them to explore something more. We use 8 core empowerment principles to create a unique and powerful curriculum.
