Women's Introductory Shooting Class

This new shooter clinic is designed to instruct women on the basics of firearm safety and the fundamentals of shooting. This Women on Target class is supported by the National Rifle Association. Classroom instruction & written handouts on safe gun handling and fundamentals of marksmanship. Supervised shooting range training exercises in pistol & rifle operation using easy-to-handle firearms. Guns, ammunition, targets, hearing and eye protection will be provided for use during the class. The classroom portion will be held at the Pender County Sheriff's Office then we will caravan to Holly Shelter Shooting Range for shooting training exercises. Students must bring a bag lunch.

Note:

Please arrive at the Pender County Sheriff's Office (605 E. Fremont Street, Burgaw & enter through the back door) no later than 8:30am for check-in, complete waivers, etc. The class will begin promptly at 8:45am. Don't forget to bring your bag lunch.
